Doug Gray is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Barton & Gray Mariners Club, a luxury yachting membership redefining life on the water. With a background in Fine Arts and Graphic Design, Doug began his career as Creative Director of MIT startup NFIC, developing interactive tools for clients like John Deere, HP, and United Healthcare. A lifelong designer and storyteller, he now leads Barton & Gray’s creative vision — blending craftsmanship, technology, and hospitality to deliver world-class maritime experiences. Doug lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he balances brand building with sportfishing, travel, and time on the water with his family.
