As Global Chief Strategy Officer of VaynerMedia, Wanda Pogue leads strategy across the agency’s global offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Mexico City, and Singapore. Lauren Maillian is a change agent committed to diversity, innovation, and inclusion. She brings her unparalleled energy, creativity and problem-solving skills to her role as CEO of digitalundivided, the social startup that leverages data and advocacy to catalyze economic growth and create pathways for Black and Latinx women entrepreneurs.

Lauren is a consumer brand strategist, an award-winning marketer, a chief operating officer, and a technology startup investor and advisor. Lauren was invited by Walmart’s CEO to join the Board of Disruptors, their first-ever Innovation Council.

A pioneer in the tech space, Lauren was the first Black woman to start an early-stage venture capital fund, as a founding partner and managing director at Gen Y Capital Partners. She has advised and invested in over 40 startups, which have generated over $1 Billion in revenue.

She serves on the Board of Directors at CoSign and LIQS. She is also the Founder and CEO of LMB Group, a strategic marketing and brand advisory company driving consumer connection and brand innovation for companies including J.P. Morgan Chase, Cover Girl, Brooks Brothers, Bumble and Bumble, and HSN.

Lauren is also the Lifestyle Expert on the Tamron Hall Show, a nationally syndicated daytime talk show on ABC, produced by Disney, where she serves as the Host of TamFam Deals, combining her love of luxury, product innovation and affordability to share exclusive deals on must have products.

Ryan Harwood


Ryan Harwood is the CEO of Gallery Media Group, a media holding company focused on building media brands that truly matter to the end consumer through distinct editorial missions, voice, and aesthetic. Their mission is to 'Make Positivity Louder.' Gallery Media Group includes women’s lifestyle brand PureWow (Harwood has been the CEO/Founder of PureWow since 2010), a youth culture brand, ONE37pm, a podcast arm featuring Mom Brain, The CMO Podcast with Jim Stengel, Card Talk, and a large scale social media portfolio across Instagram and TikTok.

Under Harwood’s leadership, PureWow grew to become a leading digital publisher for women. Having raised significantly less venture capital than his peers, he was able to build a highly profitable company in a crowded women’s media space. He built a special culture grounded in kindness, empathy, and passion with an unprecedented employee retention rate from 2014-2018. Harwood steered the ship through a highly successful acquisition by Gary Vaynerchuk in 2017.


Zach Nadler


Co-Founder and CEO of VaynerSpeakers, Zach Nadler has built a career helping luminaries share their stories of impact and inspiration. With his longtime client, and now partner, Gary Vaynerchuk, Nadler founded VaynerSpeakers in 2018, a speakers bureau for the modern event planner. He represents bestselling authors, entrepreneurs, CEOs, thought leaders, and tastemakers, negotiating innovative deals for his clients on stages and screens around the world.

Zach spent over nine years serving as a leading agent in the Speakers Department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) working with the world’s most recognizable talent from entertainment, sports, business and politics. Nadler also established a leading comic convention practice, and developed tours including “AC2 Deep Talk and Shallow Tales with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen.”

His journey representing talent began in 2007, as Vice President of Sports & Entertainment Marketing for Premier Management Group, representing Olympians during the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where his clients brought home over 20 gold medals.

A graduate of New York University, his career began working in operations for the Celebrity Players Tour, coordinating international golf tournaments featuring celebrities and raising millions of dollars for nonprofits.

A native of Longmeadow, MA, Zach resides in New York City with his wife, daughter, their puppy Lucy, and his hundreds of classic vinyl records.
