Kristin Patrick is a forward-thinking executive who has been responsible for repositioning brands across lifestyle industries, including entertainment, beauty, fashion and CPG. Kristin joined Claire's in 2021 as EVP and CMO to play a role in building on the fashion brand’s more than 60 years of leadership as a global creator and influencer of youth culture and to take the brand into the future. She has been a driving force for the brand’s repositioning, overseeing all aspects of marketing including consumer insights analytics, brand and business strategy, creative vision and omnichannel media. Under her leadership, Claire’s has become a more powerful player in content and is sparking new confidence among today’s consumers, inspiring them to discover and express themselves through Claire’s unique products, experiences and content. Prior to Claire’s, she served as the global CMO of PepsiCo, responsible for delivering the company’s long-term global growth strategy and expansion plans across the entire Billion-dollar portfolio of brands. She has held leadership positions at renowned global brands, including as Chief Marketing Officer for Playboy Enterprises and at William Morris Endeavor, NBC Universal, The Walt Disney Company, Revlon, GAP Inc., Liz Claiborne’s Lucky Brand and Calvin Klein.
Nathan has been part of the Virgin group for the last 20 years working on different companies with the same purpose, to disrupt the industries they operate in. Not just for the sake of it but based on what consumers deserve and might be missing from the status quo. He joined Virgin Voyages as part of the founding management team in 2012 when it was just an idea on a powerpoint deck and now there are two ships sailing with two more to join in the next 12 months. He has described it as the gig of a lifetime as he and his team try to create the world's most irresistible travel brand. Virgin Voyages really is making a sea change happen.
Melissa Hobley is the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Tinder, where she’s responsible for global brand advertising, marketing, social media, and partnerships. She has a reputation for marrying powerful brand marketing with data-driven digital advertising in bold and breakthrough ways. Melissa most recently served as CMO for OkCupid, which became known for its message of inclusion and affirmation, winning numerous awards for its breakthrough social campaign under her direction.
Winnie Park is a seasoned business executive and inspirational leader with deep international omni-channel brand experience and an impressive track record growing and enhancing business and operations within the retail and fashion industry. Winnie is an expert in merchandising, branding, marketing, digital, wholesale, retail, and eCommerce – all skills she brings to her role as CEO of Forever 21.
