Prior to Gallery Media Group, Chris was Executive Vice President of Brand Partnerships at Group Nine Media (POPSUGAR, The Dodo, Thrillist, NowThis & Seeker) where he drove record breaking growth as well as profitability for the first time in company history. Chris helped champion major new IP expansion through monetization efforts as well as multicultural strategies to drive deeper connections for Group Nine’s top advertisers. Before Group Nine Chris led sales where he helped cement POPSUGAR as the leader in women’s lifestyle and one of the first publishers to coin ‘content to commerce’. Chris was instrumental in leading key new revenue streams such as POPSUGAR’s successful PlayGround franchise as well as various consumer licensing partnership’s with Fortune 500 brands. Chris was on the management team of two successful exits in the last few years from POPSUGAR’s sale to Group Nine Media and most recently the acquisition of Group Nine Media to Vox Media earlier this year. Chris also has served in various sales roles at The Walt Disney Company, AOL, & Mode Media (previously Glam Media).

Kate is a seasoned marketing veteran with over 20-years media and marketing experience, 12+ of those years within PepsiCo. Kate now leads Next Gen D2C Consumer Experience and Direct Digital Marketing Capabilities, a newly formed team within PepsiCo’s global Strategy and Transformation organization driving growth for PepsiCo through the lens of consumer data and experiences.
Kate’s team is responsible for creating value and enabling consumer centricity through current and next generation platforms by delivering meaningful consumer experiences through direct consumer engagement and activation across a connected direct-to-consumer network. A key part of this work is driven through the establishment of PepsiCo’s Web3 & Metaverse Center of Enablement, leading the coordination and global strategy development across all PepsiCo sectors.
Prior to this role Kate has worked across PepsiCo’s global portfolio of brands driving media strategy, investment, innovation and partnership development.
Kate lives in Mahopac, NY with her husband Ryan and 2 daughters Ava (15) and Liv (13).

A consumer champion, brand storyteller, influencer within the c-suite and critically at the associate level, Doug is a skilled executive in not just developing but implementing strategic change and innovation throughout even the most complex organizations structures. Beginning his career in advertising, Doug led diverse product lines in the CPG, retail and entertainment space at a variety of leading advertising agencies. In 2002, Doug went client-side, joining Avon Products, Inc. as their Director of Marketing and Creative Services launching their young women’s brand names mark. Doug continued his track record of building brands, maturing the Victoria's Secret Pink brand from test market to a $400 million national brand as their Vice President of Marketing. He went on to multiple roles at global apparel companies Warnaco and Kellwood. In 2012, Doug joined EssilorLuxottica as their Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer for Pearle Vision where he is currently responsible for their global optical franchise business. His work leading the brand transformation of Pearle Vision has helped to propel it atop Entrepreneur Media Top 500 Franchise Brand list, solidified its rank among the Top 10 most profitable franchise brands alongside mega brands McDonald’s and Dunkin’ and is currently the subject of a Harvard Business School case study on brand rejuvenation.
