Fernando is a global marketer with a passion for growing brands and businesses. Fernando is one of the most awarded marketers in the world and is known for pushing the creative boundaries to drive business growth.
Fernando joined Activision Blizzard as CMO during 2021. He is now responsible for marketing some of the most exciting titles in the gaming industry (Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, Candy Crush, among others). Fernando is also the executive sponsor of the LatinX network at Activision Blizzard.
Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Fernando spent 7 years at Restaurant Brands International (Burger King, Popeyes and Tim Hortons). His focus was to infuse the brands with purpose (incl. ESG), improving product quality, modernizing design, and inspiring the organization around tech, digital and brand development.
Prior to joining Restaurant Brands International, Fernando worked for 18 years at Unilever. Starting as an intern, he moved up the ranks working different product categories and brands, including Dove where he led the groundbreaking "Real Beauty Sketches".

Jon Morgenstern is the SVP, Head of Investment at VaynerMedia, leading our media buying discipline with an emphasis on in-platform practitionership and biddable media excellence. Jon is the team's technical lead in navigating critical media ecosystem changes, from privacy-related disruption to large-scale shifts in consumer attention. He is tasked with ensuring our media organization consistently stays ahead of the curve in driving performance outcomes and adopting new innovations.

Jason Loomis

SVP, Head of Media

Jason Loomis is SVP, Head of Media at The Sasha Group. Prior to the Sasha group he spent 7 ½ years at VaynerMedia, the flagship agency within the VaynerX portfolio, as VP of Media. While there he oversaw a media group that managed integrated media investment for Fortune 500 consumer brands and B2B clients with total annual media investments surpassing $50MM annually.
Jason was instrumental in growing the initial media team at VaynerMedia, joining as the second member of the team and helping to guide the group to manage over $25M in their first 3 years and grow the team from 2 to 20.
Prior to working in the VaynerX world, Jason worked in the music industry, helping independent musicians hone their digital strategy and presence.
Jason is an avid whisky connoisseur and lover of Bluegrass.

Omar Raja serves as a commentator for ESPN’s digital and social content. In addition to being the leading voice behind ESPN’s SportsCenter Instagram account, Raja’s role includes multi-platform talent appearances across shows like Hoop Streams, The College Football Playoff Show, and SportsCenter. He is also responsible for strategic social programming across ESPN’s social platforms, bringing industry-leading expertise in user-generated content strategy and social community building to expand ESPN’s reach to the next generation of sports fans.

Tressie Lieberman is Vice President of Digital Marketing and Off-Premise for Chipotle. She is focused on expanding access to real food with new ordering channels such as delivery and catering. She is passionate about breaking through in culture and growing community engagement by leading Chipotle Rewards loyalty program, CRM, metaverse, social media and influencer relationships.

Lieberman also held leadership positions at Snap Kitchen and Taco Bell. She has achieved accolades such as being named on the Nation’s Restaurant News Power List, Advertising Age Women to Watch and Business Insider’s Top Influencer Marketers.
