Mandy joined Michaels in April 2022. As Senior Vice president – Chief Marketing Officer, Mandy leads the marketing, loyalty, and customer organization and its development of strategy, planning and execution for Michaels’ 1300 stores and seamless ecommerce business and for MakerPlace, an online marketplace for handmade goods, classes and how to’s.
Prior to joining Michaels, Mandy was Vice President and Head of Marketing at The Kroger Co. where she led a transformation of the marketing function and worked with her team to create impactful campaigns such as the company’s 2019 “Fresh For Everyone” rebrand.
Before Kroger, Mandy spent more than a decade in Brand Building at Procter & Gamble.
Mandy earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University and currently resides in Cincinnati with her husband and three children.
