Danielle joined JP Morgan Chase in September 2022 and is the Head of Card Customer Marketing and
Chief Marketing Officer for Connected Commerce. In this role she is responsible for Card marketing that
goes to existing Chase Card customers such as Early Tenure, Retention and Loyalty as well as marketing
to grow our Connected Commerce business including Chase Travel, Chase Offers, Lending Innovation
and Payments. Earlier this year Danielle expanded her responsibilities to take on Customer Experience
across the Card and Connected Commerce organization allowing her to have end to end customer
communications oversight to deliver best in class experiences.
Prior to JPMC, Danielle spent 18 years at American Express and most recently was a Vice President &
General Manager in Global Commercial Services where she was responsible for leading all customer
marketing in the US for our Small and Middle Enterprise customers across our Commercial Services
organization. In that role her team led all marketing communications to deepen loyalty and engagement
among existing customers across Commercial Card and non-Card products.
Previously, Danielle was Head of International Marketing leading both acquisition and customer
marketing across 15+ markets across the globe. During her tenure at American Express, Danielle led
strategies to support the U.S. Merchant business including the drive to parity coverage in the U.S. as well
as programs to deepen our partnership in key industries and U.S. markets. She has also spent nearly a
decade in the Consumer Card group where she managed the Marriott Co-brand credit card from
American Express, as well as launched new products and partnerships for Consumer Cardmembers
through her work in Business Development. Danielle has deep marketing and advertising roots, having
led digital content and strategy development in the Global Advertising group at American Express. In that
role, she managed broad-scale brand campaigns such as a “Project Runway” integration with Diane von
Furstenberg as well as “Members Projects from American Express,” a philanthropic marketing program
focused on giving back to charitable organizations.
Prior to American Express, Danielle worked at Digitas, a global marketing and technology agency, where
she managed the American Express account. Danielle holds a B.A. from Williams College and served on
the board of the National Retail Federation Foundation.
