Global Digitial Director, Beauty & Wellbeing, Unilever

Inez Fun is the Global Digital Director at Unilever. Her role is to develop new and scale Digital & Social Marketing capabilities worldwide. She is currently focused on integrating Generative AI with marketing, social-first strategies, and beauty technology innovation. Based out of Singapore, she leads the execution of a strategic and integrated marketing transformation for Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing business. This includes iconic brands such as Vaseline, TRESemmé, CLEAR, Sunsilk, POND’S, Simple, Nexxus, and more.

Since joining Unilever in 2017, Inez has played a key role in driving business growth, earning accolades for the fastest-growing brands and beauty tech innovations on Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada. Her work has been recognized externally with Effie awards and internally within Unilever, where she was named one of the top seven digital talents globally for two consecutive years. In Unilever’s Skincare category, she was also recognised as the Digital First award winner.  

Before joining Unilever, Inez honed her expertise in creative and media strategy, spending eight years as Lead Media Strategist at Yahoo APAC and three years at Saatchi & Saatchi.
