Jeannie Yoo is a seasoned fashion executive with two decades of experience across luxury and commercial retail, with a proven track record of evolving brands through product elevation, digital marketing, omnichannel innovation, and compelling customer experiences. In October 2024, she was named CEO of Draper James, the Reese Witherspoon-founded lifestyle brand, where she now leads the charge on brand strategy, direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) expansion, and category growth.

 

Previously, Jeannie was President of Adam Lippes, where she steered holistic growth across e‑commerce and wholesale during the pandemic, and opened the brand’s first retail store—the first of many to follow. Her specialty is in creating and balancing brand identity and customer experience with revenue and margin growth. Over the years, she has managed and scaled businesses of varying sizes and maturity at iconic American brands such as Michael Kors, Coach, Adam Lippes, and now Draper James.
