Lauren Prescott is the Vice President/General Manager of the North American Coffee Partnership at PepsiCo, leading the $3B joint venture with Starbucks in ready-to-drink coffee. She oversees end-to-end business management, directing a team of 120 across both PepsiCo and Starbucks to drive growth in revenue, profitability, and market share. Passionate about fostering human connection, she aligns the partnership with Starbucks’ mission and amplifies the shared values of both organizations. Her favorite coffee is Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew.
Lauren’s tenure at PepsiCo includes launching LIFEWTR, leading Super Bowl and sports marketing initiatives for Pepsi, and spearheading localized marketing strategies within a commercial operating division. Prior to PepsiCo, she gained experience in the beauty industry across various categories and brands.
