Matt Rubin is the Chief Digital Officer for Popeyes in North America. In this role, he is responsible for leading Popeyes’ digital growth and restaurant technology strategies, partnering with analytics, marketing and operations to integrate the digital guest experience across the brand. Prior to joining Popeyes North America, Matt led Regional Marketing for Popeyes and Burger King in the Asia-Pacific region, based in Singapore. While in Asia, Matt helped launch the Popeyes brand in key markets, such as China and India. In his time with Burger King and Popeyes, Matt has worked with over 50 markets across North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific and has worked closely with franchisees to drive meaningful and sustainable sales growth in each of those regions. Matt received his MBA from the University of Michigan and his BA from Columbia University
