Meghan is an experienced global marketing professional, who has a track record of driving business growth for brands and agencies by connecting the right minds to design the right solutions to deliver brilliant, results-driven work. An empathetic leader, Meghan excels at reshaping organizations by building high-performing teams through talent development, capability building, and fostering a culture of positive change. 

In her current role as the Head of Consumer Experience & Media for Mondelēz International (MDLZ), Meghan leads multi-functional teams responsible for the creation and execution of end-to-end experiences across the MDLZ portfolio of brands throughout the Americas region, driving integration across media, data, creative and production. Her approach leverages deep consumer insights, cultural understanding, and strategic investment underpinned by data and emerging technology to accelerate brand growth. With her team, this work has elevated MDLZ to be named as one of the top companies driving effectiveness by WARC and Kantar, and as recognized through key business outcomes for MDLZ.

Previously, as Global Head of Agency Ecosystem at MDLZ, Meghan pioneered industry-leading partner models across creative, media, and production. She also championed MDLZ’s DEI agenda in collaboration with the United Nations. Meghan’s career includes diverse roles at Publicis Groupe, with global experience across industries and markets, based out of New York and London.

Currently, Meghan lives in New Jersey with her husband Ryan and two children (three including their dog, Merlin).
