Michael Hendriks is currently juggling two roles within PoldAr, the company behind the first shareable e-bike designed exclusively for the B2B market. With a trackrecord of approaching every business endeavor through the eyes of the customer, Michael brings a people-first perspective to innovation and growth

Before PoldAr, he gained experience at both global brands and high-growth startups: from Dolce & Gabbana and Suitsupply to driving growth with WeWork and leading projects with Indonesia’s superapps of Gojek and Grab, as well as setting up new business units at Uber for customer service across the Rides and Eats markets.

Now, as PoldAr moves from production and prototyping into marketing, he faces a new challenge: inspiring companies in the Netherlands, and soon the rest of Europe, to embrace more sustainable, corporate mobility by getting out of the car and onto the bike.
