Like many, after graduating in 2011, Olivia was hit with rejection after rejection trying to land her first marketing role. There were no roadmaps, no insider communities, and definitely no one telling her how to get paid in an industry that loves “exposure” over salaries. So, she started sharing her career journey on her blog—raw insights, real talk, and everything she wished she had known. Turns out, she wasn’t alone. Her posts blew up organically, proving that the gap in the industry was real.
