Steven leads the RITZ brand in the US and is focused on elevating this iconic cracker to an exciting, modern savory snack that propels category growth. Since taking on his position in November 2023, RITZ has reclaimed cracker category leadership and was one the fastest growing savory snacking brands. Steven and his team are driving this growth through culturally relevant partnerships, impactful activation centered around sports and other key occasions, and bold innovation. He will continue to build and execute ambitious plans to unlock the brand’s full potential and ignite the crackers category – starting by launching the “RITZ Salty Club” at this year’s Big Game.
Steven also leads Portfolio Marketing & Sponsorship at Mondelēz, overseeing a team that brings the full portfolio to life through cultural tentpole moments and partnerships with powerhouse properties like the NCAA, Inter Miami CF, Disney, and multiple athlete ambassadors.
Steven has a proven track record of transforming businesses as a visionary and strategic leader. He has broad international CPG experience spanning 20 years, having worked for AB InBev, Danone, and Mondelēz across Europe and the US in a variety of local, regional, and global roles.
